We kicked off our adventure to Kauai, Hawaii. Packing only the essentials; our surfboards, bikini / trunks, camera and of course our LikeSummer Silver Jewelry. Landing in Lihue at about midday we quickly jumped in our rental car and headed to our stay in Princeville...with a few surf checks on the way of course.Being raised in Southern Queensland, Australia it was an instant reminder of home. The lush tropical bushes, green grassy fields, tropical rain and blue 80F ocean water. I was in HEAVEN.There's nowhere that can compare to the beauty of Kauai.
Shortly after arriving at our hotel we raced down to Hanalei for sunset. The pier filled with families surfing the constant long board wave rolling in. Big vibes.
Our days were filled with surf, sunshine and the most fresh fruit and vegetables you can buy. I mean the island is called the Garden Island of Hawaii so you could imagine.
