Every piece of our beautiful jewelry supplied is checked for quality before getting sent to you. If for any reason you believe the product purchased to be faulty, we will be happy to offer exchange or refund (within 30 days). Unfortunately it is not possible for us to cover shipping costs.
If the product you’ve received is not faulty and you would like to return due to change of mind, we offer exchange for store credit only.
If you are in need of a different size ring, we will exchange for appropriate size or credit.
We encourage you to try and work out your size prior to ordering as you will incur return shipping and re ordering shipping costs. Please email us if you are in need of a size guide - otherwise you can find handy conversion charts on google.
For US orders, we are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $50.
For International orders we offer free shipping with the code 'Ship100' which applies when spending $100 or more.
Otherwise the costs of shipping will be calculated at the end of checkout.
